Hello all you Z guys,
I'm new to the site as of five minutes ago and have a question regarding 280Z/ZX five speed manual transmissions.
I would like to know if there is ANY, and I mean ANY difference between the physical configuration of the 5 speed manual box in a standard coupe vs. the 2+2 version car. I am told that only the electrical hook ups may be different, but are there ANY other differences I should be aware of? Importantly also is the mounting bracket at the tail end of the the trans, ANY differences?
